Wednesday 8 March 2023 STEM Week in Fledglings Class In Fledglings we learned that the world is getting hotter through global warming. We used every coat in the class to cover our friend to show how hot it is for our Earth. We then made our very own Earth toast to see how global warming impacts our planet. We also conducted experiments with ice to see how this can affect the animals around us. We decided we wanted to do something to help! We decided using recycled items in our class to create art would be a good start. We can now proudly display the art instead of it going in to landfill. Finally we took on the challenge of creating our very own wind turbines which are a much better way of producing electricity.
